FOUNDER 

Alan Freedman is the founder and president of MindWave, Inc. He is responsible for all operations including sales, marketing, professional services, and business development. He also performs consulting, management and technical duties on selected high-profile projects.

Freedman has been developing software since 1981. Prior to founding MindWave, he alternated between free-lance consulting and working for corporations in a variety of software development roles. Freedman's experience includes the following:

	Roles - Project Manager, Business Analyst, Architect, Developer, Business Intelligence Consultant, Data Modeler, Database Administrator, Technical Trainer, and Head of the IT Departments for distribution and retail companies.
